New Entrance

To advertise Mugar Library's new entrance, I created a poster evoking the very famous woodcut illustration of The Secret Garden of Mary peering for the first time into a brand new world.

Because of the nature of this, I felt that it required an extremely tactile image. A handmade cutout created the right mood for this transition.

The theme of putting things together really resonated as I was taking these spontaneous photos, hence focusing on the single piece, the word created by separate letters, and the missing piece.
